Whipped Cream Icing

  • Whipped cream is a very easy cream to handle  for icing, desserts, toppings.

  • It is a soy based cream, low in cholesterol.

  • RICH’s is a very renowned brand, tasty, and easily available.

  • This cream comes in carton packing, and has to be frozen to store. Thaw, when you want to use it.

  • You need to whip it up, once cream is thawed.

  • Whipped cream or whip topping cream is very light, and low in cholestrol

  • You can use it to layer pastries, cakes, and is  very versatile to use in many desserts.

  • Whipped cream , as the name suggests needs to be whipped stiff for icing. No need to add any sugar, as it is sweetened.

  • You can add your choice of edible colour and tints to the whipped cream as well.

  • You can use whipped cream powder, instead of fresh whipped cream.

Butter Cream Icing

  • Butter cream Icing as the name suggests, is creamed butter and Icing sugar.

  • You can use salted or unsalted butter , it really does not matter.

  • You need to beat butter cream Icing very very well, to get a soft consistency.

  • Very little milk can be added.

  • Edible colour darkens during baking.

  • When tinting the icing, make 2 shades lighter in the beginning, as icing darkens with time.
